Went with spectrum mobile a little over a year ago. Had 10 year old androids but worked fine with the new spectrum, had Verizon for 20 years before that but their prices keep going up. Bought new apple phones about 5 months ago and can’t hardly make or receive calls. Spectrum tech looked at the issue and referred me to Apple, they look at it and said nothing was wrong with the phones. Spectrum will not me change phones until I pay off the news even though I asked for nothing free, just exchange phones for ones that work and I would still be happy to pay for phones, but they said nothing. So I have phones that I can’t use most of the time and people cannot contact me, but spectrum does nothing. Worst customer service I have ever seen. You are only a payday for spectrum and that is all. Will never use of recommend Spectrum again, and will go another mobile company soon.

Customer service is absolutely under trained! Poor people trying to do a job that they have zero idea how to do.... I have tried multiple times with my internet but especially my phone service. The absolutely most useless customer service I have ever dealt with... Not to mention the fact that Spectrum is basically a middle man who refers you to any othe company possible when you have an issue... Will never use Spectrum again as soon as my contract is up on my Google pixel

Activating Spectrum Mobile service was confusing to me.

Worst of the worst champions in internet and service. The Technicians its not their fault. Its the Company that sucks ass. Horrible. Minus 100 stars. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 their product is garbage.

My bill increased for the 3rd time. It went up to $95.00 this month. I called them and they were only willing to decrease it by $5.00. I am a senior citizen, with 2 tvs and 1 laptop. Their prices are the highest in the industry. Time to look elsewhere, i will be canceling Spectrum. They are very well known for their constant price increases.

We pay quite a bit for our internet bill as it is, at RANDOM times it will be out for hours on end. Beyond irritated and I'm so done with spectrum. 2.15$ a day for a credit on my bill is a joke. Once im able to, I am switching. Never again.

I called in to customer service to end my service by a certain date and to inquire about an increase on my recent bill. I want to stress that the person I spoke to was friendly but the company itself is trash. I've been calling in to cancel a lot of my services with other companies since I am moving and spectrum was the first to say they could time an end date to my service and that I must wait to the end of my billing cycle to call and cancel. Which is insane that I will have to pay three weeks of service that I am not receiving. Nor could cs explain why the increase in the bill either and I was not notified beforehand. Will definitely not do business with this company again.

Well we shopped around for internet in our area Run across spectrum internet We thought Hey this would be good so we typed in our address and it come back Yes available in my area so everything is set up to get my internet hooked up 2 days before hook up I get a call saying oh I'm sorry internet may not be available In your area or your address but the sales lady said on the phone oh absolutely it's available in your area so we had it all ready to be set up but now no internet spectrum you need to do better Not looking good for a multi-million dollar company.. If I could give less than one star I would..
