I recently used Charter Vanlines for my move. I was very satisfied with the quality of service that I received. I would recommend this company to anyone who is moving long distance or to another state. Moving can really be a hassle, but this company helped make my move a lot smoother. The process was simple and the customer service was great. Everyone that I dealt with via email or phone was friendly and knowledgeable. They promptly responded to all my requests and concerns. Most importantly, it saved me valuable time and energy versus trying to move it myself. Even the movers were friendly. I truly cannot be more thankful to this company. I will definitely use them again and I will tell all of my friends and family about them.

I’m a military brat, so I’m accustomed to moving all over. I’ve been in the same place for 10 years, so I forgot how absolutely horrid moving can be. This was my first time hiring a professional moving company, and I was a bit nervous to entrust everything that I own to a moving company. I've heard tons of horror stories about movers breaking things, things turning up missing, or not at all. I’m happy to say that was not at all my experience with Charter Van Lines. They gave me ease of mind the moment I talked to one of their intake agents on the phone. They asked great questions and gave me a thorough explanation of everything that would happen. They were on time, and extremely professional. I don’t plan on moving again anytime soon, but if I did I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to Charter.

I highly recommend Charter Vanlines to anyone who has to make a move from state- state! I moved from Macon Georgia to Landover Hills Md and I need a mover fast. My cousin down South told me about Charter Vanlines. Best thing ever did was hire this company. Charter is professional, orderly, organized and sensitive to folks who are moving to new State. I could not believe how kind, friendly and patient all the staff were. I had no issues during the move, all my stuff was packed safe, secure and stable. They understand that packing up your life and moving is a difficult process to do alone. I was so glad that Charter Vanlines was able to cater to my every need and made the hassle of moving to a different state simpler and more efficient than I ever thought it could be! They were also amazing at keeping me informed about times for pick up and move out, that way I knew where all my belongings were and that they were in safe hands! I like this company's way of doing business. They put the customer first. I made one phone call to the main office to get things started. After that they took care of just about everything else. I moved across country several years ago and it was tormenting, this time was smooth and easy. Without hesitation, I'd gladly recommend Charter Van Lines to my friends. I give them two thumbs up.
