Charter VanlinesReviews of charter-vanlines.com

We all know how daunting a cross country move can be, and we all know just how much can go wrong. My job has had me move across the country several times, and I have come to appreciate just what a difference a good moving company can make in the moving experience. Charter Van Lines was prompt, punctual, kind, and professional. They understood that they were dealing with my cherished personal belongings and treated them as if they were their own. They arrived on time, left on time, and arrived at the destination also on time. I loved how patient they were with me when it came to arranging the furniture in the new house. Naturally I was a little indecisive, but they were patient and allowed me to take my time deciding how I wanted the room to be laid out.

My sister and I skimmed over a handful of moving companies before we stumbled upon Charter Vanlines. Other companies were going to charge us thousands of dollars more than what we ended up paying Charter. The movers were very pleasant and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. So much stress was lifted from my shoulders! If I ever move again, I'm sticking with Charter.

Charter Vanlines were an absolute lifesaver for my move. My husband was transferred to a new position and we had a very short window of time to move. Charter Vanlines were amazing! Not only were they able to work with us on short notice, they did an excellent job moving our stuff! All of our stuff was in the exact same condition it was when we packed it. They loaded and unloaded quickly and efficiently too. I could not be happier with my decision to use Charter for our move!

These guys were fast and hard-working. They packed all of my stuff in their van in record time, all while making sure they didn't rough anything up. Respectful and quick is all I need in a moving company - I would recommend them to anyone who needs a nice, stress-free move.

Charter Van Lines was the best choice I could have made with my move. Everything from getting information, planning out the details with the representative I spoke with, and the actual move went as smoothly as can be. All of my items were delivered and packed safely, and we had no issues once the move actually occurred. Very happy with the price, and the service. Would definitely recommend!

Trying to plan a move for my parents from Florida to Washington (state) WHILE I'm currently living in Texas has been a true task! I honestly didn't know where to begin until I was recommended Charter Van Lines from another couple in their retirement community. Charter Van Lines made the process so easy. Their website was very informative - I started by filling out their online prompt for a quote and they reached out to me almost immediately. The representative I worked with was prompt and resourceful. They really walked me through all the details and had great suggestions for making the moving process easier. The people that came to help were respectful, assuring me that they were capable of doing what I needed them to do which was to make this trip as easy as possible for my parents. Everything was packed with care, which was extremely important to me, as my parents collect art, china and other valuables. We really felt like they cared about our belongings, which has always been a concern of mine with past companies. It was so nice to work with a company that we could trust and put us at ease. I would highly recommend Charter Van Lines!

Wow. I owe these guys a great debt of gratitude. They moved every last thing in my home after I got stationed all the way across the country. They were on time for picking up the furniture, and even more importantly, dropping it off!! They were also very friendly, which I've found isn't that common now days so it was very refreshing. I would seriously recommend these guys to anyone looking for movers that will get the job done the right way and on time. 5 stars, 10/10, will definitely use again when it comes time to move and will be recommending these guys to friends and family. Thank you!

I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience with Charter Vanlines could not go without mention!!! Moving my 4 bedroom home cross country had me stressed to find a good, reliable moving company to move my HEAVY and expensive furniture. The receptionist that assisted me was very friendly, knowledgeable and offered an accurate quote in a timely manner. On moving day, the movers showed up on time and treated my belongings with the utmost care. I was blown away by their dedication to great customer service and their eye for detail. Thank you for making my move a little less stressful!!
