The items that I received looked like the pictures. The sizes were on the inside of the garment along the seam not in the inside collar although the sizes were not labeled as described by the website they fit just fine. I used my measurements for the purchase, not the sizing. The shipment came within the prescribed time limit. Even though I think the time limit is long because the purchase is not coming from within the United States it’s coming from most likely China. The materials are OK, but they are not high-end by any means. I think I paid too much for them, but I like the look of at least one of the items and I did not pay for shipping. It’s the first time I used charming Charlie website since I only had experience shopping in the stores. Overall it was a good experience and if you are in a hurry do not purchase items coming from China they take at least 2 weeks to arrive. I ordered on 8/11 and received on 8/20 (9 days) which is less than the maximum time stated on their website 5-8 days to process and 8 days to ship to you. I can use these item and will not be returning them.

They sent a shirt that looked nothing like the picture. It looked like they printed on graphics that was supposed to be sewn into the blouse. All the of the shirts I received were great except for that one shirt. Not as described or looked at all.

I ordered a dress for my vacation. I received it after 2 weeks, but I wasn't in a hurry. I received tracking information via email. The dress is true to size and matches the description. My good mood wasn't spoiled.
