Charming CharlieReviews of charmingcharlie.com

I ordered a dress and paid 50 dollars for dress and shipping. I ordered a XL, when arrived it was more like a size medium. When I tried to get refund, they only wanted to refund me 18 dollars and some change and was charging me 23 dollars and some change to return it. They are a very dishonest company. I will never order from them again. I give them a 0/5 rating

I have placed an order. Never received confirmation that they received my order or that my item shipped. However, they charged my credit card. I have emailed and no response. Called a supposed customer service number that goes to some company that wants all my information before they say they will connect me with a representative. Three times I have called and never been in contact with anyone from Chsrming Charlie. Feel like their site is a big scam. If you go to their Facebook page and look there are not any comments on any kf their post. Another red flag. I wish I would have noticed that before I placed and order on their bogus website.

I ordered a sweater that took forever to arrive. When it did arrive, it came by way of an uniuni delivery driver, who then placed the package in front of my door, took a picture, and then picked the package back up and left with it. I contacted Charming Charlie’s and all they have to say is that they have proof of delivery pictures, instead of contacting uniuni. Absolutely no help whatsoever. Terrible terrible customer service. It was my first order from them and it will be my last.

I purchased a sweater and received it today. It looks absolutely nothing like the photo. The color is completely wrong and the size is completely different than the measurements. The quality of the fabric feels so cheap like it’s made from rubber. The return policy is very detailed within seven days. I’m not even gonna bother to return it because I never wanna work with this company again.

Poor quality. Not as pictured. Runs small. For that kind of money, buy from a local boutique!

There’s no phone number to contact them. Huge red flag. My order also took four weeks to get here with one snarky email from someone that said they love to have our business and our tracking number will be coming soon. When the items arrived, four weeks later, the reason they were late was figured out as soon as I opened the products. They’re all mass produced in China like Temu. There are no tags in the items, you don’t even know what size you’re getting. They’re all made disproportionately from the bust to the waist to the length to the width. The advertisements are false. That’s not the product you’re getting.. you’re getting it from some small Mom and pop shop in CHINA just like Temu does. I will never order from them again. Now I can’t even start a return. I received my order on Friday. They’re not open for customer Service on Saturday and Sunday and they close at 5 PM Eastern standard time every day. How ridiculous. The website is not even caught up to the fact that the order was delivered and it just says order in process still. So I can’t even start a return. What a ridiculous company do not order from them. You will not get what you think you’re getting.. it’s Junk. take a photo of your items and then put them on Google search and you’ll see that your items show up in various mass produced sites. These are not charming Charlie products exclusively. There’s no brand tag in any of the products. They went bankrupt in 2019 and they were bought out by somebody who has started this Scam under the guise of charming Charlie’s that we all loved so much.ruined

I will NEVER purchase anything with Charming Charlie’s again. I want to give them a zero rating but fortunately for them they give themselves the 1 star. After all the stress just to receive the order I paid for, the product received was cheaply made and absolutely did not look like the picture. The disrespect to the customer is clear. The website makes you feel like they are happy to fulfill your order & it’s ready to be shipped after you’ve paid. When actually they knowingly fail to tell you the truth that purchase will not even leave the warehouse 2-3 weeks. While you wonder and attempt to inquire as to why your package has not arrived. It’s almost unheard of to operate a business this way. It took 3 weeks to receive 1 item which I needed for an event and had to find a replacement because the dress never came. No communication, impossible to speak to anyone, they don’t want you to reach them so they literally make it impossible, There is no customer service although the website makes you believe you can contact them if there is a problem at any time. They provide several phone numbers which are not working numbers. Ultimately your only alternative is to email them. I received a response to my email after 3 days only to inform me through a form letter response that my order had not even left the facility. No ethical obligation to communicate or care about their customer. Absolute WORST buying experience I’ve ever had.

I placed an order 2/13/26 and it is now 3/19/26 with no changes. I recall them having a storefront. I didn’t realize a company could stoop to scam levels but I am not surprised by much anymore. Save yourself the hassle and money. I have since contested this charge with my banking establishment.
