I purchased a Solid state disk from Charlotte Saga claiming to have 128TB memory but it was a SCAM device and not worth the money paid. The device did not function at all. Independent checking by IT specialists confirms the fake device. Beware of purchasing any IT or computer related devices on their website! I have not received any feedback for reimbursement.

I bought a Whistling Kettle from Charlotte Saga on 27/8/26. It was advertised at $87.99 on sale from $194. It was supposed to arrive in plenty of time for Father’s Day 6/9/26. It finally arrived on 19/9/26 but was way lower quality than advertised. The tracking information was so vague I thought I’d been scammed completely. The quality of the kettle is very light and flimsy and not built to last. It was advertised with extra thick walls but it has extra thin walls. Only good to look at won’t last.

I GOT SCAMMED. I BOUGHT BICYCLE LIGHTS THAT SHOW PICTURES AT NIGHT, FOR MY SON. THEY FALSELY ADVERTISED S PICTURE. THEN WHEN I GOT IT. IT WAS A CHEAP FRAGILE ITEM THAT WILL MALFUNCTION WITH IN SECONDS OF USE. THEY SAID MKNEY BACK GUARANTEE. TURNED OUT TO BE THR OPPOSITE. I TRIED TO RETURN IT 3 TIMES. EACH TIME THEY SENT ME A NEW DISCOUNT JUST TO KEEP THE TRASH. SAID NO 3 TIMES. NOW THEY WANTED PICTURES. THEN ANOTHER REPLY, THEY WANTED VIDEOS. NOW A WEEK OR WEEK AND A HALF IS GONE BY REPLYING TO 6-7 EMAILS. FINALLY GIVE ME A RETURN OPTION THAT COST $20 MORE THEN WHATI BOUGHT IT FOR. THEN GAVE ME ANOTHER EXCUSE TO HOW I CAN RETURN IT FOR FREE. BUT THEY ENDED UP ON NOT CARING TI GET THE INFORMATION FROM ME, THEY RATHER BRUSH IT OFF AND ME KEEP IT AND THEY SAY SORRY. IF YOU BUY YOU CAN NOT RETUTN. GARBAGE PRODUCT I CAN BUY IN THE DOLLAR STORE. THEY SCAM PEOPLE DAILY MAKE A LIVING. THE THIEVES ARE BASED OUT OF CHINA.
