Charlotte RusseReviews of charlotterusse.com

I love everything about Charlotte russe. Except with the last online order I placed, one of my shoes hasn't came in the shipment and I wasn't notified nor refunded until I called. Everything was sorted out accordingly and I still absolutely live the items and sales from this glorious place .

The website is fine but I just wish you offered a 2 day shipping without charging so much or should be for free if you spend so much. Also it seems there is a long processing time on top of that. For example if you do the 5 day shipping and then 5 days to process it really get our items 10 business days later, which is more like 2 weeks. The expectation of receiving it with 5 days is just a dissolution. This would be my greatest complaint. I know now if I am ordering a dress for an event that I have to look 3-2 weeks in advance. Really wish you took more of an "Amazon" approach of processing and shipping.

Arrived ahead of schedule

Im disappointed that my order came and i received an item with an ink security tag still attached. I've also tried contacting them twice with no reply.

I ordered twice in three months and still didn't get the boots I wanted. I was using my Charlotte Russe gift card that I got for Christmas. Its March and I still don't have the boots I wanted because they are out of stock. Winter is almost over, so I'll just wit until October/ November to order more boots. The staff online and in store were very helpful in trying to find a replacement, but was unsuccessful.

One of the few mall type stores that still sell plus size clothes....AND they are cute and fashionable. I especially like the jumpsuits and recommend them to everyone.

Cute clothes and a great selection of Plus Sized clothing online although not that good of a selection in stores. But all in all I would give 4 1/2 stars just because of the lack of Plus size options in store.

Love their shoes! Some issue with clothing sizes, but overall no big complaints.
