I love Charlotte Russe. They've got the cutest clothes reasonably priced. The only thing that bothers me about them is their salespeople. They remind me of car salesmen. They don't leave you alone. Idk about you but when I'm shopping if I need help, you'll know I need help. If I'm looking at clothes - leave me alone.

I think you should have more different styles for each section and be less expensive

I do most of my shopping online. And it seem that when an item is not longer available it takes a long time for it to be out of your shopping cart.

I like the clothes and the shopping experience has been good except for two instances in which I was able to purchase something that later turned out to be out of stock. I realize the difficulty of updating availability moment-to-moment but as someone who has left behind other, unhealthier "activities" and replaced them with online shopping, getting that disappointing email that you will not be receiving the item is very disheartening.

Love this store so much! Only thing is shipping takes way too long and they charge so much for faster shipping.
