I wish the the length of the dress online would be more realistic. I feel like the length is shorter when I get them. Also, it would be good to make the 'free' shipping promotions to canada as well - Thanks!

I love the deals, I hate the shipping to Canada. But it's fast. However I have bought a ton of dresses in the size I would be and they where all to big in the arm area

The shoes I order were not Comfy at all

My package was sent to the wrong place at first, and appears that someone opened it and then re-taped it shut. I received it a week later than its promised arrival time. In addition, I ordered a pair of open toed booties in black, but received them in taupe. Other than that, everything came in good condition.

The first time I ordered online I did not have any problems. Unfortunately the second time, I did. I had paid for 2-3 day shipping, but it pretty much came in the same as if I had just gotten regular shipping. It is frustrating to pay extra when the result was the same.

I ordered a pair of leggings, and they arrived with a hole in the front part of the thigh area. Other than that, I have had great experiences shopping here and am very satisfied.

I didn't read the reviews here or on other sites until after I'd already placed my order. The reviews made me incredibly nervous, but there was nothing I could do to cancel my order at that point. I placed my order very early in the morning, and the package was delivered in only six days. I hadn't received any emails about items being out of stock, something I'd notice was common in reviews. I went through my package to make sure everything I'd ordered was in there. I'd ordered fourteen things. There were fourteen items. One however was not something I had ordered, and something I had ordered was missing. The missing item was a dress I found in the clearance section for $6. I was pretty excited about it, as it was a beautiful pink dress. In it's place was a pair of high waisted distressed jeans. I'm a bit disappointed as I'd much rather have the dress I ordered, I'd never wear the jeans they sent in it's place. It was only $6 though, not enough to waste time trying to return the jeans.

Trendy, and good quality clothing in store, but the workers discriminate, and stare down the customers to make sure no one steals, which makes it difficult to shop comfortably. Who wants to spend their money at a place that thinks they are stealing? No one! Making sure people don't steal is important, but there is a certain way to do things. Charlotte riser workers need to learn to be more helpeful, and they probably would have more business. Definitely a average store!
