Cute products for cheap prices! Their customer service on the phone is also very kind and helpful. I only gave it 4 stars because their products aren't always the best quality. Other than that, I love charlotte russe!

The only reason I give Charlotte Russe a 4 is because some items especially clothes are low quality. Over all it compensates with the low prices and hassle free returns as long as you follow the guidelines. I love how they have very trendy pieces. I never hesitate to recommend them to anyone that ask where I purchased a piece.

I received everything faster than expected. One shirt that I ordered out of the several Items i received was not exactly my type but other than that everything was perfect.

I love the clothes and there are good sales. The only thing that sucks is the sleeves on almost all the shirts I ordered are too short. If the sleeves were 2-3 inches longer, it would by far be my favourite place to buy clothes.
