Decent prices on most items but some things are poor quality. Also, I’ve had many experiences where I ordered online and was promised the items were in stock, only to receive an email saying it was not. Disappointing.

My first order was shipped at a decent time. I ordered the second time and it is taking forever to shipped my packet. I’m here looking at my phone every time I get an email hoping to see my tracking information from Charlotte Russe.

Some top are not worth $27, specially when the fabric quality is terrible.

I order from here usually at least twice a month. I enjoy your clothes and you usually have good discounts online which is important to me. The closest store to me is about 45 minutes so I don’t get to go there too often. I ordered two orders in the month of February and I realized that both orders were missing one item in each. I sent customer service an email yesterday and have not heard back yet. Although I understand stuff like this can happen, it is a little annoying that it happened two orders in a row. The one skirt I did not receive was the whole reason I made the purchase to begin with and I will be highly upset if they tell me that it is now out of stock. Overall I like the store and usually don’t have too many problems and I am hoping this doesn’t bexome a regular thing.

I normally love Charlotte Russe and how good their prices are but when I received my last package I was slight disappointed. The shirt I ordered came with two holes in the seam and the heels I got had the suede wrap on the buckle falling off. I had already taking all the packaging off so I was unable to return them.

The store in Norman Oklahoma you have to watch when you go in there because I feel racist interactions with people and I am quite sure I make almost triple their wage I just order online or shop in the next City.
