The website never lets me order from my account. I tried to reset the password, but the link never gets emailed. I always have to check out as a guest. Its frustrating.

Placed an order, received it in time, yet, I didn't receive all of my order and I received items I didn't order.

I ordered to pair of boots. Right before the boots were supposed to be shipped, I recieved an email that the slouch boots were out of stock. Although they were clearly in stock when I ordered them. I am definitely disappointed!

It would be 4 stars almost 5 but the only thing bugging me it's the shipping to Canada and conversions rates. I wish I could shop in canadian dollars at cr online and not bother to find the exchange rates. I wish we Canadians could have some free shipping days too. But I really love my overall experience with Charlotte Russe. You helped me love myself as I am.

I would've given a 4-5 star but due to the very small & limited selection of plus size clothing in the actual stores & at malls...it's a 3. I returned an item to Brandon Mall in Tampa that I purchased online & was disappointed with a small corner for plus size tucked in the back if the store. As if my size didn't matter. It was even more frustrating because my choices were slim to none. Basically, I was circling the store just to find something to fullfil my store credit! Had I been an "acceptable/normal" size, choices in selection was at a much broader range. I believe this is a disservice to plus size women...we love to shop as well & have items to suit or needs, not be tucked away in some corner.

Plant form sandals which I order were tooo heavy and just couldn't walk. Was too excited for it but was disappointed with the quality.

When I placed orders the items I chose were available but when I got my shipment I was told iteams where not available so I was missing things I called customer care and my money was refunded
