I was waiting for this order because I really loved that shirt and I received one that I didn’t order..... So upsetting!!!!!!

I've had several horrible experiences with items I've received from online ordering. On one order an item was missing. I contacted customer service & they said they would replace it. I wasn't ever sent any shipping info on it and had to call again after over a week of not receiving anything. When the item finally arrived, almost 2 weeks later, it looked worn or had been on a mannequin because the elastic in the bust was stretched out. Another order, pearl fur slippers, arrived with the stitching coming off one causing all the pearls to come off first wear. Shipping is always extra slow compared to other online stores & there's times I don't receive shipping info. Quality has definitely gone downhill at CR online & I don't shop it as much as I use to.

I placed an order. Received 2 out of 6 items ordered along with someone else’s 3 products. When I called to solve the issue, one of the products I wanted was no longer available, yeah-because it got shipped to someone else. When the order was replaced for the other items I was over charged for more than I had originally paid for the products. I live in Canada and was not able to return the products that I didn’t even order in Canada without paying! I had to waste so much of my time on the phone trying to solve all of these issues that shouldn’t have even occurred in the first place. The phone tellers were friendly and I understand it wasn’t their fault but I’m disappointed to say that I will never reorder again.

When products are out of stock the customer should be informed before new items are sent.

I ordered 2 pairs of sandals, and you sent me someone else's order, so I called the 1-800 number and spoke with someone....Long story short...only 1 pair of the sandals that I wanted was in stock....he refunded me for the pair that you didn't have and was suppose to send me the pair that you had in stock...ONCE AGAIN...I STILL DIDN'T GET MY PACKAGE...I called the customer service number AGAIN and the gentlemen refunded my money back....THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER...I DIDN'T GET ANY OF MY ITEMS, AND WILL NEVER SHOP ONLINE WITH CHARLOTTE RUSSE AGAIN

Past 3 orders were a mess! I,had 2 sent to my office,they came when we were closed. They sent back both orders and Iozt all the things I WAS,WANTING AND WAITING FOR. MY LAST order sent to my home was NEVER RECIEVED. WAITING TO HEAR BACK FROM YOU AS TO WHAT HAPPENED THIS TIME. SP UPSET

The store clerks are very dry and lifeless. I prefer to shop online than go in the store and see those zombie faces

The first order I made with Charlotte Russe was two dresses and two pairs of heels. When I got my order I received one of the pair of heels I ordered and one brown pair of boots and no dresses. I called and they resent my two dresses and the other pair of heels. I gave them another shot since they sent me the correct items. I ordered several things about 10 items and 3 were canceled due to being out of stock. And when I received my items this time two things were see through and basically impossible to wear the way the pictures made them look. I went to leave a review stating this and realized they don't let you leave reviews on items. I give up on Charlotte Russe at this point.
