Prices a little high for quality but great sales

I don't shop at Charlotte Russe as much as I used to. Luv the jeans and some shoes/sandals/heels etc., but clothes aren't as cute or as good quality that they used to be.

In store experiences are not always great, store staff sometimes cant be found when in need of a fitting room. You can be carrying several items as a customer, yet they don't acknowledge you to help you out. I once purchased a pair of jeans and they ripped on the first wash :/ although, I do enjoy shopping online and have been a customer for 10+ years.

It's a good place to shop, they have nice clothes sizes sometimes run too big but overall they have alot of cute styles. The only downfall and it kind of a big one is shipping. I've had my order take longer than usual to arrive and I've even had times when I ordered and paid for something and a week later they tell me my items are sold out and i will be refunded my money. Like if it was sold out then why did I pay for it and why are they telling me a week later.

A LOT OF THE TIMES THEY NEVER HAVE MY SHOE SOZE IN STORES(9) AND THE JEANS NEED TO STOP AT MY ANKLES TWOARDS MY FOOT THEY STOP WAY BEFORE MY ANKLES ALSO THE CLOTHES ARE OKAY SOMETIMES BUT OVERALL ITS AN ALRIGHT STORE THE DRESSES NEED SOME UPDATING THOUGH

The shoe sizes are not to size. I ended up up returning one in store.

Received tee shirts instead of the items I ordered which included a pair of shoes and by time I received my package some of the items were sold out. The customer service representative I spoke to was great and very helpful.

Shipping always takes forever, even before the item ships. It takes about a full week for the item to get processed and then another week or week or two for it to arrive. And after the first week of processing, only then does the company tell me that one of my items are out of stock when it should have been posted on the website itself. My last complaint is for their items, they only have the option for one size. I can't even remember how many times I've wanted an item and it's only been a S or XS and I'll check back constantly and there will never be larger sizes
