This years latest fashion is a waste of a shoppers time and money compared to last years fashion trend.

From my recent experience with this company, I ordered an item in the correct size but the company sent me the item in a totally different size. Called customers service and they told me I can return the item back to the store. I took the item to the store and had a hard time with the sales associate because she thought I tried to return a stolen item even though I had my recipient. Needless to say they did give me my money back after I had to explain to her five times what happened. I even told them to call their customer service if they had issues with the return.

Last order I tried to do they were out of stock on 2 of my items which was frustrating and then I made another purchase and I never got a message stating my order was shipped thus I didn't get a tracking number. Not the best experience, shouldn't be having these types of problems with large retail stores, almost didn't order again and would not order again if I had problems one more time.

I have ordered from Charlotte Russe 3 times in the last few months and each order has been incorrect. First received wrong sized boots. Second time all of my order was incorrect (wrong size/wrong items). This last time I ordered black knee high 8.5 boots but received size 6.5 white strap heels.. they need to get their warehouse together. Other than that shipping usually takes 2-3 weeks, which is a little long. The items they do get right, however, are great. Always cute and always good quality. My recommendation.. don’t order online, because you’ll wait 2-3 weeks and then end up in the store returning your items/correcting your order anyways.

When I received my order in the mail...this is the 2nd time that a pair of shoes were missing. I wasn't aware that it was out of stock and i was still charged for it. I had to call customer service to inform them

The dress is beautiful, however trying to get it on is a different story. You would think the side would unzip like other dresses.. But not this one. I had to have my husband help get it on and off. No dress is worth the hassle. Really disappointed!
