Charlotte RusseReviews of charlotterusse.com

Took 12 days to receive my package! Faster handling is needed.

Charlotte Russe is a great place to shop in person and online. Their clothes and shoes are true to size, cute, affordable. This is my literal favorite place to shop. However. The 3 Stars is for my shipping experience every time I order online. Their shipping and tracking is absolutely terrible. It’s never below 10 business days, and tracking takes forever to be updated. I had my expected delivery date change 3 times the last time I ordered. I know that standard shipping is “5-10” business days, but come on. At least give me the 5 once in a while.

Shipping process is too long , it shouldn't take almost 13 days to receive your items or be tempted to pay extra money just to receive your items in a appropriate length of time ugh!!!!

The shipping takes too long. My merchandise still has not arrived.

The quality is not good. The price, shipping and easy to use website was a plus.

They need to start restocking on items. Always running out.

The styles are awesome and the deals are good, however consistency in sizing leaves something to be desired. Also, would love to see more women’s size 11 and jeans without holes and frayed edges.

The heels' item description never mentioned the rhinestones on the heels were colorful and not silver as I expected them to be. Packaging was not good because the box came squished. I wish there was a box where people can comment on the product they revived because that would have really helped.
