Clothes are poor quality, are often cut small and when I order online, I get emails days later stating that the items I ordered are out of stock. Unacceptable.

Online orders kept letting me purchase items and on 3 separate occasions my order was cancelled due to the items being sold out. Maybe you need a better system in place

Trying to exchange or return at a store after an online purchase is downright annoying

No issues with the products, but I am unhappy that I payed $15 for expedited shipping, and it took 10 days to arrive, with no warning or explanation that it would be late.

When the website was upgraded, over a year ago, I lost access to my account. My email address is still in the system, but I cannot access it. I have called three times. I have tried the reset password. I was told that it happened to several people when the website was upgraded. I was told that the issue would be sent up the chain of command and that I would hear back from somebody. I have never heard back. Have to purchase as a guest. Very annoying.

I think Charlotte Russe could do better... I love their cute styles and affordable prices. The deals and sales keep me coming back. But their site upkeep and customer service is terrible... it is too common and very dissapointing when so many of their items are out of stock but the site will still let you order them and advertise them for weeks after they are out of stock. I had an experience where an item I ordered was out of stock so instead they sent me the wrong color with out asking and expected me to pay to ship it back for a refund. I've also recieved damaged items. Customer service isn't any good half the time... You have to luck out with a good rep to be helped, but most others just won't help. I've even been ignored when I messaged the Facebook page for customer service. So I asked for a way to contact corporate offices and they wouldn't answer back.

I got the wrong shoes and then when I called they were out of stock. The jeans I ordered were also out of stock. The lady I spoke to was nice and helpful though.

I ORDERED A SHIRT FROM THE WEBSITE AND IT HAD A BIG HOLE ON THE SIDE. I CALLED AND REQUESTED FOR THE SHIRT TO BE REPLACED AND WAS TOLD IT COULD NOT BE REPLACED. I WAS SO DISSAPPOINTED.
