Charlotte RusseReviews of charlotterusse.com

Great products great prices excellent staff

I love this store. The only place I shop at now but I wish their prices would be a little lower. I always have to wait until they have a huge sale.

Great clothes and fast shipping..

Here's my unbiased, honest opinion, the post office "lost" 4 pairs of my shoes from Charlotte Russe. I say lost because I think someone at the postal service stole them. I called Charlotte Russe customer service twice to report the "misdirected" mail. I wish I could tell the whole story here but I'll be brief. Charlotte Russe was so understanding that the re- sent the shoes twice after that, no charge to me because we needed them for a sweet 16 to occur in 5 days! Suffice it to say, they saved the day, not once but twice! I love, love, love them and NO ONE beats their customer service!

I absolutely love all the items I purchased. Good quality, good prices, and very fast delivery. Very pleased

No complaints!

I love what I ordered!! Perfect, price, perfect size, shipping was quick. Thank you!

I got constant updates on where my package was. The items were just as described and everything fit great.
