I ordered a bunch of things online, it took over 2 1/2 weeks to receive it in the mail. On top of that they sent me the wrong colored and size jeans, the wrong boots. It's not worth it to order anything online.

I've been ordering from them for years, and suddenly when I make a $140 purchase on cyber Monday (ALL MONEY GAVE TO ME FOR MY BIRTHDAY) they send a receipt to my email, every time I've checked on the order status it says "Released" no tracking number, send multiple emails and made multiple calls yet to waste my time further because they can't even give me an answer almost three weeks later. I've never had a problem with them until this time ordering, they still have time to send me emails about all the deals they are running though.

Received a damaged item. Returned it immediately. Charlotte Russe refused to contact me after multiple emails and facebook messages for a month. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE BAD QUALITY CLOTHING. I was fortunate to have paid through Paypal so I filed a claim and got my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Went in to return two skirts that did not fit but bc I had removed the tags, they would only return to a mercy credit. NO WHERE ON THE RECIPT DOES IT SAY THIS. They pointed out this tiny sign on the cash wrap where it is written. The store manager, Natalie, was dismissive and would not help. When I called customer service they said all they could do was fill out a form. REALLY? This is how you treat people? Horrible! Will never shop here again!

Do not order anything from them. I ordered weekly one dress I ordered was lost in the mail. They refused to replace it and a refund is impossible. Their customer service is rude and ignorant. They should not be allowed to operate online shopping!!!

I mailed back my return over 4 weeks ago and have yet to receive a refund. The customer service was extremely unhelpful and the quality of their clothes is horrible. I would recommend going anywhere else to purchase your clothing.

I place my order on a Saturday had it expressed and it was delivered on Wednesday supposedly by fed ex and I never received it! The killer is that they were so cheap that they won't pay for it to be left at a leasing office or even signature need so that the package is not left unattended. This was a huge order and one of the outfits were for my 25th birthday which was that following Friday. I'm upset! And was offered a refund which taken 3-5 business days but I didn't go through so I had to call today to find my cell phone is blocked from calling them. I had to actually use another phone to connect to them. Weird huh?! No one can explain why that is so but anywho I got through to them just for them to say the refund did go through after waiting 4 days. Now I have to wait 5-7 business days for my money back. Save yourself the headache and don't shop at this piece of crap store.

I bought a dress last week online they took forever to send me a tracking number they also had a supposedly delivery date and they fukd up they shipped it on the due date and now i have to wait another week to get my dam dress just horrible they have beautiful clothes but slack on the shipping and communicating
