Their prices are decent but you cannot rely on their shipping. Their policy states items are shipped in 24-48 hours. Mine order was marked "shipped" a week later. Initially, upon ordering, it was due to arrive 5 days after I ordered, then it went to 10 days ... 15 days later and still nothing. I can safely say I will never order from them again.

I have to write the review here since the website on the receipt for feedback isn't available (shocker). This was my first time ordering from the store and I was looking for thongs to wear for my boyfriend. I went into the store and they were having a 5 for $12 special. Inside the bin were a large range of sizes and when I went to get rung up the very unenthusiastic cashier said "the plus sized thongs aren't eligible for the sale" I had selected 3 thongs that were an XL, one that was a 1X, and one that was a 2X. I had to get rung up 3 times because instead of telling me all of the thongs that were ineligible she only gave me one at a time. The sign above the bin only said that thongs that were discounted didn't count for the sale, nothing about plus sized being ineligible. My question is why the hell were the sizes 1X-3X in a bin where they were not eligible for this discount? The XLs fit perfectly, I just don't understand the basic discrimination against plus sized.

I never had a problem ordering online with CR. Literally, it had become the worst. I ordered this shoes, last friday, and I finally got them. All excited. Once I opened the package. IT WASN'T EVEN THE SHOES I ORDERED. So, I called CS all they can tell me is, " of i was probably back stocked......blah blah blah!!! " why could you contact your CUSTOMER about it? Then sending a random pair to just make us off.

If i could give 0 start I will, this company have one of the worse customer service , and the website is so unorganized..anytime i order something its usually out of stock but yet in the website its always advailable. Never shopping there ever again

I loved charelotte ruse until i never received a package and they refused to refund me my 90 dollars or resend the order. I called and their resolution was for me to pay for a second order for 120. Yeah, great resolution.

This company is a joke. I wrote a complaint regarding an issue with a pair of shoes and they must have deliberately ignored me! No acknowledgement whatsoever. I wrote twice!!! It was my first purchase and my last. Its not that I didnt get a good deal on some shoes but these idiots sent me a much very damaged torn up box. While I realize its just the box that the shoes came in, theres still no excuse for the damage. The shoes dont even fit and Im trying to sell them BUT the box is awful. Not sure if they sent it this way or was done in shipment but they shipped a heavy box of shoes in one of those flat poly mailers. Clearly, they most certainly dont care if your order is cheap. The main point here is how dare them not apologize or acknowledge my issue. Again, will never buy from them again.

never got my package, but they charged me for about $60

I tried to buy 15-20 items online, it charged me and it went through. However, apparently they only had 5 of the items left when they went to make the order. So I ended up paying $20 for my order and $20 for shipping, PLUS they didn't even bother to message or call me to let me know this occur so I could cancel. Love the store but I will NEVER buy online again. I am so upset.
