I don't recommend shopping at Charlotte Russe. I had a return for H&M and I ripped off the tag because I thought I'd keep it. Not even 24 hours later I decided to return it because it was an itchy material. Without a tag, H&M refunded me. I had to do the same thing at Charlotte Russe. The scarf I bought left little fuzzies all over my clothes and the sweater I bought was ripped and I hadn't noticed. They said that because I removed the tags they would not refund me even though I bought it less than 24 hours ago and I had the receipts too! I understand if you're a used clothing store and if I rip off the tag you can't refund me but they're the same as H&M. I think the policy should be the same. Terrible experience shopping there.

I'm cherish I recently just ordered two dresses from them and they sent me a email three days later informing me that one of my orders was cancelled due to the item being out of stock saying my money will be back on my card 5 to 7 businesses days and sorry for the inconvenience which makes me upset because It should have said the item was out of stock before I purchased the item and they took my money🙄🙄😤

Worst customer service The way customer services handles themselves makes me completely disgusted by the company. Will not shop here again. Letting everyone I know to do the same.

I have never ordered from this company today I decided to do so ,just come up to my mind to look for reviews ! after reading all these reviews I am not ordering for sure !! watch your customers you have every chance to be successful but you choose to fail ...

They suck. I am currently attempting an online order. I have been trying to order the same things for 2 days..each time its says "review your payment settings and try again." I know that my setting are right considering that i have tried 2 cards and have used both cards on other sites. Yesterday, I was on the phone for 20 minutes with costumer service only to get disconnected. Currently, I am trying to get online help and have been waiting 10 minutes for a response! I have also emailed and they basically said that it was my fault. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will be sure that none of my friends or family order from them. That being said, the dresses do look cute online and I hope to get the one I want for my semi-formal. I will update on how they fit and if they actually arrive.

I am currently disputing a transaction with Charlotte Russe. This company did not send me what I ordered. This is my first and last time ever buying from them again. I purchased my items during a great shoe and legging sale and did not receive satisfactory merchandise or customer service. I am missing shoes and they are tearing at the bottom. There's some type of tissue like material that is cheap and tacky to walk on. Each pair of shoes have them. You do not notice it until you walk in the shoes. Although some pairs did come that way. I wish I had known better. I will now go back to H & M to shop for merchandise. #Y"all_Can't_Have_My_Business

I ordered 4 items on 9-2-17 one being a pair of jeans. Received my order without the jeans, wrote to customer service asking where my jeans were, didn’t get a response... wrote a second e-mail to customer service, again no response back???? I then pulled up my order online and noticed they canceled the jeans I ordered without giving me a reason why “nothing”?? I then wrote a 3rd e-mail asking why no one is responding back and why I never received my jeans without any notification??? Still no response back. I have bought a lot from this company, not anymore. I guess I’ll take my business elsewhere.

They do false advertising. I bought what they said is an anorak jacket. Its not. Its a button up the front shirt. Dont trust buying from them.
