I made two different orders online within a week of each other. When the first one arrived I noticed that they sent me the wrong item, instead of a white shirt I was sent a sparkly purple dress. I reached out to customer service but heard nothing back. In my second order I once again received the wrong item, I ordered a shirt but received a floral dress. I again reached out to customer service but heard nothing back. Never again will I order from them again online.

Clothes are very cute, very affordable specifically when in stores, not always online. However, shipping has taken forever which is such a disappointment. 5-10 days has wound up being 3 weeks for me, and customer service doesn't get back to you in a reasonable time at all. I asked where my order was after 3 weeks, and they had said if I wanted it to be delivered, I should have paid the extra for faster shipping. But the standard shipping was free, and I was not expecting it to take longer than the 10 business days so I think that was a ridiculous comment to make to a customer who was just following what the shipping details say.

For the most part, their stuff is okay, but their shipping and customer service is awful. I receive the wrong item at least a third of the time. Then I get to deal with their horrible customer service and I have to ship it back to Russe. Then, they ship me another wrong item a week later. If I could actually get what I order, I'd give them four stars.

I was really disappointed when they sent the wrong order to my house I sent it back and I still haven't received my items I left a message on Charlotte Russe customer service no one ever replied to me I always order for them so I was very disappointed at this experience. Being a regular customer I was hoping they would have care about my business a little bit more I still haven't received my packages and some of the stuff is no longer available I was super disappointed with this experience. I still haven't heard back regarding this package and I've been awaiting a probably a month now if not longer like I said very disappointed in the customer service non response

I purchased 2 hats not only was the packing poor but the hats were all balled up in tbe bag. Also it took a long time to arrive

Two out of the three dresses I ordered were returned right away because they did not fit right (straps too long around neck, lace dress too tight, fragile lace could break if not careful). The third dress arrived not as pictured so that was a disappointment. I am giving 2 stars because at least I was able to return everything. Even though I was not able to get the dress I had hoped for in the end.

I placed my first order with Charlotte Russe for 3 items in total. Shopping time was long and when I finally received my order, it was short 1 item. Immediately I contacted customer service and received a redundant reply to check through all the packaging for the missing item and contact again. Obviously I checked through the entire package for my missing item BEFORE I even made the initial complaint. Now I had to make a second complaint just to get my money or item I've paid for. Absolutely hated the experience and will not make future purchases. I will take my business to other retailers that value their customers.

Shipping took forever. Said it was gonna be delivered on Tuesday didn't receive it till Friday! I ordered a week before a trip because I was going to use the items I bought for the trip and didn't think I needed to pay extra for expedite shipping. Took almost 2 weeks for date of order to get to my house. I actually got the package a day before I came back from my trip. I called to see if they could reroute my package because FedEx said only the sender can change the route, so I called CR to see if they can reroute it & of course I would have paid more to get my items, but they said they couldn't.
