I love Charlotte Russe's style. I shop online most of the time so I get their online deals and enjoy it often! Their return policy has been really flexible with the items I've bought from them that are marked as returnable. There's a Charlotte Russe in my town so returns are easy for me and my money is back within 24 hours! All of the items run true to size. Over the last 4-5 years that I discovered them and have been ordering online, I have ever once received an item that wasn't pictured the same. It was only a color difference, just the same top, even though I selected a different color. Hardly ever do I order something that becomes out of stock, but if it runs out after I order the price is always adjusted for me and Charlotte Russe notifies my right away. I think the quality of the clothing is great for it's price, especially items like sweaters, jeans which can be on the pricier side, they're all great and super comfy!
