CR = LIARS. Promised serious complaints with Charlotte Russe online would be solved by customer service Manager. She wrote very nice, seemingly sympathetic email. Detailed a few of the complaints I've been having. NEVER, EVER got a future response despite several follow-up emails begging and begging for a response.' Considering how much $$$$$ I've spent at this store, I am DISGUSTED.

I had to cancel my order. I called customer service and they informed me that my items "got lost in labeling" and he would give me a full refund. he then informed me that I would have to log back in online and re-order my items if they were available (and they would give me a discount to the sale price I ordered). A complete inconvience as I would not have known that the items weren't sent if I didn't call. Completely unacceptable.

shipping is terrible.

First I ordered some boots and a dress. I never receive anything so when I called to check on it I was told it was either stolen or lost. So then the guy said he could replace the dress but couldn’t replace the shoe. So I’m like so upset with this store I will never order or buy from you guys ever again.

I was excited until... I was super excited to recieve my Items but when I did I recieved my pants with the inseam of the left leg not even fully together so when I put the pants on I had a huge hole. I was super upset because it had taken longer than expected to get here and now that its here its not even properly sewn together?!

Customer service needs alot of work. Ordered one item for Valentine's Day got wrong color. Got the wrong colot sent 4 times! Mind u this order wuz placed at end of Jan and i still havent received coreect itemn I am the one that had to make all the calls to follow up. Only received return call that wuz promised 3 times. Very disappointed.

I ordered a dress online and they said oh it’s coming but turns out 3 days later they sent me an email that said they didn’t have it in stock and we’re sorry. Good thing I had a back up dress for my rehearsal dinner. Won’t be shopping on here again. Unreliable.

Ordered a pair of boots size 9 revived the package opened it and it was a size 6 in prom shoes i contact yall explaining they sent the wrong item and they said yea the boots were out of stock. So I guess they decided I rather have those I explain I don't drive so how am I going to return them when its not my fault they decided to give me a item I didn't want and they pretty much said to bad you can sit outside and wait for the mail man and give it to them or drive it to a store so now I have to waist more money because they messed up so now I have a item I can't fit in or want thanks
