Literally waited 2 weeks to have 2 items missing from my delivery, one which was no longer available.

When I received my order I was short 1 item. I sent a message to the message center and I have not gotten a response.

I ordered a jacket on 2/18. The tracking number stated that it should have arrived at my house by 2/27, which was fine. However, on the 27th, all of a sudden it said that my package was being returned to the shipper. Charlotte Russe shipped my package to the wrong place, and when I emailed them about it they refused to reroute or reship my package. I was issued a refund but will no longer be purchasing from this business due to the multiple issues I have had with them in the last year.

Half of the time I order online, I submit the order and get the order confirmation only to receive an email a couple days later that the order was cancelled because the item(s) are out of stock. It's ridiculous--don't allow for orders to be placed on items that don't have inventory!

I've order two online purchases and both canceled by Charlotte Russe. The first one I thought the payment didn't go through or I typed something wrong. Then finally with the second I called and was told they canceled it. I don't think I'll be ordering online from here anymore. Instead of calling me to ask about a billing address they just let their system be flagged instead of calling or emailing to verify and check before canceling. If they did that I would have my order and wouldn't have this bad taste in my mouth from ordering online from here.

My order was messed up a total 4 times .

Placed my order on the 20th of February. Took 2 days to get processed and shipped (although you're only allowed to cancel within 15minutes of your purchase?). My estimated time was March 3rd but it then got moved to March 5th! When I finally received my items I was sent the wrong shirts. I ordered 2 v-necks and a striped shirt but instead I got 2 striped shirts and 1 v-neck. Return process takes another 2-3weeks. So now I'm stuck with an extra shirt and no v-neck because I'm not going through another 2-3 weeks to get 1 shirt. Thank you Charlotte Russe!

The quality isn't as good as it used to be especially for the raised prices... Very disappointed in what Charolotte Russe has become.
