Recently ordered clothes online from Charlotte Russe. One of the pairs of pants I ordered was not included in the order. I reached out to customer service online. It's been a week and I haven't heard back from them. Terrible customer service, I never got the pants I paid for, and I will never be shopping with them again.

My dress came in damaged! It was missing a back button. There is no charlotte ruse in my area so I have to return it.

I did an order and they cancelled the entire thing to say things weren't in stock and I looked on the website and they were available. I emailed your customer service to say what happened and they told me that to reorder it probably things would get canceled again. they lost a really good customer.

Never got my order because of their glitchy website (changed my address to a completely different state and I caught it on the billing address but didn’t think to check the shipping address since I had clicked they were the same, partially my error). I realized it when the confirmation email came. I tried to change it but couldn’t since the email came over the fifteen minutes time slot they give you (ridiculous). Finally got a refund almost a month later after it went through the system since they refused to help me after it left the warehouse. Yet it was only a partial refund. Now I’m out $6 for an item I never got.

Ordered 3 dresses, a shirt, and a pair of leggings on 2-20-18. Received a pair of boots on 2-27-18. Called customer service on that day and was told they would investigate and get back to me within 24-48 hours. On 3-2-18, after not receiving any calls or emails, I was told someone should call me back the next day. It is now 3-8-18 and still haven’t heard a single thing from them. Not to mention how rude the woman on the phone was.

I orderedj 4 pairs of jeans got 1 pair of jeans 1 pair of shorts and a dress and 1 pair was out of stock. Ordered Poka dot dress got stripped. Ordered 61/2 size pair of boots box was right but boots were size 51/2. Not a good feeling at all
