Wonderful, responsive staff. Clean house and well-appointed.

The house was nice with the exception that is was not that clean and needed painting in several areas. The amount of money that was charged for our short stay, in my opinion was just too high. The views are awesome no doubt. The hot tub was really nice. The fact that we could not use the elevator just puzzled me? Whats the point? Why reserve it only for the owners? There were no beach chairs, sand tools, etc..... Just a bit neglected. The Realtor was awesome and kind. I just felt like they knew they were charging me a lot for a house that is for sale and slightly neglected during the transition. And also during the winter time. I felt taken advantage of due to the fact that they can command more money during the weekend of New Years just because they can. And that probably the house would have been empty that week. I guess I wanted a negotiation. But when I went back to the office to discuss this, they were not there. Closed the day I left. I would use them again, but I would really want to see the house first. And for them to consider when something is in the middle of a sale, they should probably bend a little on the price.

Very professional, accommodating and super nice company. Highly recommend for a great vacation rental at Folly Beach!

We have been coming here for over 20 years. Dunes Properties has been more than helpful. In response to every concern they are Swift and helpful. The units are all fabulously maintained and decorated and if one falls behind they take it off their Rota. We are delighted to be working with them and come back every year with our family

We try to come and stay each year at the same place. It's like coming home.

Dunes properties is very easy to deal with and quick to take care of any concerns. Folly Drifter was a wonderful house with great ocean views.
