Multiple bad experiences with Charlene's Safe Ride
Charlene's safe ride has been late many times and overcharged a friend of mine without notice. She did not know until she checked her credit card statement. Also, their rates are not competitive compared to other cab companies in the area.

Dear Student! Thank you for your review. We solve all our clients issues once reported, please advice your friend to contact us directly and we'll take care of the over charge. Clients pay the drivers directly using a wireless device, so there is no way to charge without the cardholder signature and swipe of his card! Regarding the rates, we do not compete in price. Please know that we've to provide a 1.5 million liability insurance to be in partnership with Duke University, regular taxicab hold 30,000 insurance. We've special flat rate to Duke University and Medical students and special discount for their employees. Bell
