Took payment immediately & still hasn’t shipped item 2 weeks later
Placed order for 4-in-1 Charging Dock Station with Qi Wireless Pad - Black × 1 on June 27, 2020 online at “charging dock stations” and today is July 10th, 2020 and was told by seller, Stephen Sullivan via email that my order has not shipped yet (even though they took payment for the order immediately on June 28, 2020 and it has been 13 days since order was placed)! He does respond back by email but does not give you clear messages like when your order will actually ship or a tracking number. He also told me that when (?) it ships, it will be another 14 days by mail before I would receive it!! If you like waiting for over a month to receive your order and not sure if you will receive it even by then, then order from Charging Dock Stations. Also I did not notice that there is no obvious address, phone number or email on the website before placing my order, which is a red flag to any online shopper. There is an open email webpage to contact this business but it does not give you information about it’s business itself. Finally found a very generic email address at support followed by rest of business name after ampersand. Still waiting for news regarding when my order will finally ship or what the tracking number will be!
