DO NOT BUY from this company. I ordered the Samsung Pro 2.0 charging station. It took a long time to arrive & sadly when it did, the product was not compatible with my Samsung Galaxy Watch 9. I have contacted the company to ask to return the product for a refund. Complete silence from them. I feel like I've been robbed of £60. In fairness, they did say they would send me another charging dock that would be compatible. I'm sceptical but if this happens I'll update my review.

Ho acquistato una base di ricarica per Samsung. Mi è arrivata ma non funziona. Ho scritto sul loro sito e.mi hanno chiesto di inviare foto e video. Fatto.ma non rispondono più. Il pacco risulta ancora in consegna e per questo motivo non è possibile aprire una contestazione su alipay. È fatto a posta per non far recuperare i soldi. Proverò a contestare il pagamento in banca. Palese truffa. P.s. sul motore di ricerca appare trustpilot 5 stelle.

It took nearly 3wks to receive. Don't order if you want a speedy delivery. This was not advertised on purchase. I have never had anything take this long. Secondly their customer service was not helpful. Basically directing me to the terms and conditions stating I have to wait 30 days before there an issue. Poor

Pessimo. Arrivato l’articolo con oltre 2 settimane di ritardo e ho provato a fare il reso ma è impossibile, ti rispondo con mail pre impostate senza alcun risultato. NON ACQUISTATE

Ordinato, pagato, mai ricevuto e temo proprio che non succedera' mai...- Imbottito di false comunicazioni... (Spedito..., In arrivo..., In transito... e ora, dicono "esaurito"...).- Una truffa e mi domando come Google possa ospitare certi truffatori!...-
