We appreciate you bringing this up. In this case, there was a fulfillment delay on our end and that is on us. As soon as it was brought to our attention, we immediately reshipped the order and included additional units at no charge as an apology for the inconvenience. We strive to ship quickly and accurately, and the vast majority of our orders leave our warehouse without issue. Occasionally, a label can be created while a package is awaiting carrier pickup, and in this situation the delay was not caught as quickly as it should have been. That said, once notified, we corrected it promptly and made it right. We’ve been in business for nearly 15 years and stand behind both our products and our customer service. We weren't going to comment on this but now you and your character have made it a must. Get your facts right. If we are so terrible thats why we have been selling supplements since 2012. On top of that you're a clown who keeps coming back and always comes back on deal days and wants his order the very next minute. Do not buy from us again, but you can't resist that is why you have over 20 transactions with us over the years. On top of all of that you clown when we verified us trustpilot profile we had to upload 100 of our last sales and this is everyone else who has been happy not just someone who thinks we are in survival because of his business.
