Ordered 2 tubs of cannibal ferox amped
***ETA Thank you for replying. I missed the details about the condition of this product that’s on me and I apologize. I wasn’t looking for a discounted supplement I was looking for the high quality ferox amped I’ve used in the past so the solution I was hoping for when I emailed was to exchange for a new formulation and I would have happily paid the difference. I’ve ordered from a different company since a month had passed since emailing customer service. I’m not interested in a refund, keep the money and use it towards customer service training, I was nothing but polite and factual and your snarky reply is unprofessional *** Ordered 2 tubs of cannibal ferox amped, both had moisture inside and powder clumped together. Tasted bitter and different to previous orders so I threw them out. Emailed customer service twice, no reply. Left a negative review on the website 2 weeks ago that hasn’t been published

This review is frankly ridiculous. The product page states **clearly and prominently**: **“THIS PRODUCT HAS BEEN REFORMULATED. THIS IS THE OLD BATCH AND IS CLUMPY. THAT IS WHY IT IS SO HEAVILY DISCOUNTED. PLEASE NOTE THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ON THIS PRODUCT. IF YOU ARE EXPECTING A PRE-WORKOUT IN PERFECT CONDITION, PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE.”** Cannibal Ferox normally sells for **$69.99 USD**. This batch was being sold for **under $20 specifically because of its condition**. The discount wasn't a lottery ticket where you pay less than one-third of the regular price and somehow receive perfect-condition inventory. The condition was disclosed before purchase in plain language. If you overlooked the warning, simply saying *“I missed the notice on the product page”* would be completely understandable. Instead, you've come to Trustpilot and written a review questioning our product and our integrity over the **exact condition we explicitly warned you about before you purchased it.** As for the claim that you emailed us twice, we have no interest in ignoring legitimate customer concerns. If you contact us with your order information, we will look into the communication history. We have been in business for **over 12 years**, and there is a reason for that. We stand behind our customers, but customers also have some responsibility to read what they are purchasing—especially when an item is discounted by more than 70% and carries an explicit condition notice. Despite the product being clearly advertised as **no refunds**, email us your order number and we'll refund the purchase anyway. And going forward, we respectfully suggest shopping elsewhere. If receiving exactly what was disclosed on the product page results in a one-star Trustpilot review, we are probably not the right retailer for you.
