CROOKS
CROOKS! Refused to pay back refund after cancellation. They also put a cap on tire & rim so called warranty. Only $100. Never put this in writing.I paid over $1000 for the policy, in FULL. I had to wait 1 month before filing a claim. I filed 1 month and 11 days later. Was told claim was legit. Then argued it was too early, yet was legal time warranted. It would cost over $1000 for a new wheel and over $250 to straighten it. Was told they'd send a check in 1 week. Never did. I called, they promised the following week. Never did. Called again, they said by Wed, the next week. Never did. I called again, saying now it will take a month. Stories with them keeps changing. I then cancelled in June. it's now September, and my policy money not refunded. I contacted my Credit Card and they're disputing it. Tricky Mgr. Ralph Wood argues then over talks. T promised to keep fighting and withholding my money. Con Artists to the max.

Mr. Mitchell, we’re sorry you had a negative experience, but we feel it is important to provide transparency on some of the issues you raised in your review. Firstly, the rim and tire voucher we sent you was an add-on to the warranty you purchased. On that voucher, it plainly stated a limit of $100 per occurrence for the rim and tire coverage. You went to your mechanic a week into your coverage because of a bent rim. Your mechanic charged you over $1000 just to straighten the rim, which is clearly an exorbitant amount and obvious price-gouging. Your claim was submitted, and despite the fact that it was only a week into your coverage, and obviously a pre-existing issue that predated your purchase of the policy, we nevertheless authorized the full amount of $100 per occurrence that you were entitled to under the rim and tire coverage plan. You were upset that we would not cover the full amount of over a thousand dollars, but rather than asking to cancel your policy for a refund, you immediately attempted a chargeback on your credit card for the full amount of the policy premium. After this, you would repeatedly call in harassing us for your $100 claim check. No company would ever send a customer money after said customer charged back the entire policy premium. The chargeback is a clear breach of the contract you signed with us, and immediately invalidates your coverage, thereby negating any claim you may have been entitled to. This is standard practice for any company–no customer would ever be entitled to any money after charging back their full policy premium. We’re very sorry, but things simply do not work this way.
