I am hopeful that they can keep that promise.
So, at this point I will give 3 stars.

RE: CANCELLATION DUE TO NON-RESPONSIVE for a week and a half.
I have made numerous attempts to reach you regarding the questions on my new policy I paid for and I have not been able to do so at all. No response to Emails. On the phone I keep holding and I get cut off when it is my turn. I have no way to even request a REFUND because you have not responded lately. So, here through trustpilot, I am trying to communicate with Champion Warranty and request for a FULL REFUND due to Champion's lack of non responsiveness. You are welcome to contact me immediately to resolve this issue. Otherwise please issue a full refund. Ajith
Please respond ASAP.

Hi Cam,
It is true we had difficulties with our phone system last week due to a systems upgrade, unfortunately it impacted our phone system and we were down for a few days, but our phones are fully back up now. We do apologize for the inconvenience but we were and will always be fully reachable via email, and you can file a claim by sending an estimate over to [email protected]. Furthermore, this information was included in all policy documents sent to you, and is stated within your contract as well. We respond promptly to all claims.

I was never in the market for a extended warranty
I was never in the market for an extended warranty. I called the next day to get my money back. It's been over 30 days and they still have excuses. I've been left on hold till the answering machine hung up, told it will be sent back to my account in 7-10 days called back and was told it was mailed to the wrong address. They even sent a cancelation form that I filed out immediately and they said they didn't send/receive it. I've called over 15 time to get my money refunded and they have come up with reasons why they have failed to do so on every occasion

Champion car Warranty is NOT REPUTABLE and my name is Harvey my car is not c class and the part was not an OEM And I can prove
Reading a response from champion car warranty below was 100% not being truthful.
MOST importantly, when my auto needed warranty work, Mercedes called them to cover a $2400 bill for warranty service needed in my S auto. Mercedes was told it takes them two days to respond and their policy is not to respond within 24 hours. I called also and The woman on phone told me it takes at least TWO days and Ralph, the owner, sales manager, warranty decision maker, (chief cook and bottle washer) said 48 hours was their usual response time.
Champion finally got back to Mercedes and offered a $109 , YES a $109 part that they would send to them to replace the part needed. .NO INSTALLATION reimbursement, etc. $109 for $2400 of service needed. And to add insult, I had to pay the delivery charge for the part coming from China or wherever .
Mercedes told them they don’t install $109 parts for something that cost thousands.
They don’t install parts that may not work, etc. They would install non mercedes parts, but only from a reputable company. They don’t want to install a part that would give me additional problems or wouldn’t last.
I also inquired from an independent certified mechanic about using this part and not getting paid to install for labor. By the way, the door panel had to be disassembled and reassembled. The independent, although he would probably charge less hourly fee, agreed about the part!
I called good old Ralphie Woods to inquire about this conversation which the Mercedes manager said was
rude and nasty . As soon as Ralphie got on the phone, he said I just sent you a cancellation e mail for you to sign . BUT BEFORE he e mailed me the cancellation e mails, he sent an e mail requesting I SIGN the ORIGINAL CONTRACT which he never noticed before was not executed.
Not only hadn’t I asked for the cancellation , he decided to cancel me immediately. He e mailed me three times with the cancellations.
IN THE MEANTIME, I suppose as he sent these cancellations, HE PUT FRAUDULENTLY THROUGH TWO A D D I T I O N A L MONTHLY CHARGES ON MY CREDIT CARDS. So instead of having the regular monthly fee for the month charged to me, he put in two additional ones for a total of three for that month, all within a couple of days!
Ralphie Woods and company are not trustworthy. They are scammers and swindlers.
I wouldn't be surprised if they have opened and closed several of these companies when either the authorities catch up to himor he needs a change of name as his reputation was in the dump.
He might answer this, but I wouldn’t and won’t believe an iota of his words. Ralph, do not waste your breath answer this, it won’t be truthful.
DO NOT let him cheat anyone else!
Any positive postings were probably made by Ralph and his minions! You cannot believe anything he says or posts . There is no need for my signature as Ralph know who we are and I don’t need to have a BS answer from him. My words are completely truthful, and his deviation from this is just his being devious.

As your review does not include your name, it is impossible for us to offer a meaningful response here. However, I did look over our claims database and do not see any claims in the past year for a Mercedes-Benz C400. As this does not match to any recent claims, and you refuse to give your name while making such inflammatory and deceitful accusations, the only logical conclusion here is that this is a false review from our competitors. However, we would like to clarify that claims are always evaluated the same business day they are received. Secondly, we authorize and approve only OEM (original equipment manufacturer) parts. Thirdly, we do not charge customers a delivery fee of any kind. Finally, we have been in business for 20 years and are very proud of our hundreds of thousand of satisfied customers. It’s unfortunate that you feel the need to spread such patently false allegations about our company.

Your review does not include any details of your experience with us, nor do we have any policies under the name Eltouny. If you provided any legitimate details of a genuine customer experience, we would be happy to look into the matter for you. That said, we are an honest company and we stand by an excellent reputation, so your accusations of us being a “scam” are frankly unfounded.

This is not a trustable company
This is not a trustable company. Do your research, you will be surprised at how unprofessional, lack of communication with dealerships and amount of time they take to answer.
Not to mention they will find any loophole not to pay or fulfill their contract

Hello, as your review does not include your name, or any relevant details of your experience with Champion, it is not possible for us to leave a detailed response here. If you could provide any genuine details about a recent experience you had, that would enable us to give a meaningful response. However, we would like to state that we communicate extensively with dealerships, and respond to every claim within 24 hours or less after receiving the estimate from the dealership or mechanic. Additionally, we never look for loopholes to deny a claim and we fulfill every part of our contract.

SCAM Business
SCAM Business! I can guarantee you the reviews of 5 stars are not real. They do not call back, they will not speak with the mechanics, they do not understand how to do business in California. Had a turbocharger that needed to be replaced.. They sent the turbocharger to the mechanic without speaking with them, why thats important is mechanics will not replace parts in a car with parts provided by champion warranty (mechanic cannot instal a part like this and ensure they fixed the issue due to not knowing the parts origin). It has been over a month and half and we are no where closer to having the car fixed. Also, they will only approve 2.5 hours worth of labor to replace the turbo charger.. over ten different mechanics have told us its at minimum a 5.5 hour job.. AKA Champions "rules/guidance" is under market rates and therefore they are hiding behind this to not cover the service and telling us we are out of luck.

Hi Mr. Santini,
We’d like to start off by saying we are very proud of our 5 star reviews from our many satisfied customers, and we would also like to address your concerns as customer satisfaction is our top priority. Your claim that we do not understand how to do business in California is frankly unfounded, as we have thousands of customers in California who are more than satisfied with their coverage. Secondly, we would never send a part to a mechanic without speaking to them. We sent the turbocharger to your shop in an effort to circumvent your shop’s blatant price gouging on the part replacement, after speaking to the mechanic, and getting their shipping address in order to send them the part. It was a brand new, OEM part; your shop refused to install it once they received it because they wanted to upcharge on the part they would provide, rather than install a part they couldn’t charge an exorbitant amount of money on. We understand your frustration regarding the length of time for the repair, but this is the fault of your shop, who refuses to install a brand new OEM part simply because they won’t be paid for providing the replacement part. Lastly, we approved 2.5 hours of labor to replace the turbocharger as that is the standard time quoted as per Mitchell’s Labor Guide. Any shop quoting you more than that is engaging in dishonest practices in an effort to bilk customers out of their money.

Champion Car warranty is a Sham!!!
Beware of this Sham company!!! They advertise that they work with all dealerships but when it comes to paying for the repairs under the warranty, they start giving all kinds of excuses. I have taken warranty with them for both my Porche 911 and Mercedez E350.When my rooftop for the convertible Porche 911 got stuck and was not working, I took it to the Porche dealer. They diagnosed that Hydraulic pump as well as the fluid line associated with the pump needs to be replaced. They gave a repair bill of $6600. Champion warranty is covering $400 of this bill saying that the Dealership is charging exhorbitant rate!!! They know this that Dealership will charge mark up on top when they sell the warranty but covering just $400 is outrageous. For my Mercedez, they have not even responded to the Dealership for 3 weeks now. I think they are a sham operation that is fleecing customers with their nice pitches. Beware!!!
Response from Champion Car WarrantySep 12, 2023
Hi Vikas, we’re sorry to hear about your negative experience. We feel it is important to respond as we take customer satisfaction very seriously. You do indeed have 2 policies with us, one on your Mercedes-Benz E350 and one on your Porsche 911. You brought both vehicles in for repair simultaneously, to separate shops. Regarding your claim for the Mercedes-Benz E350, we have repeatedly asked your shop, MB of Escondido, to send us the final repair invoice so we could pay out the claim, but still have not received it. It is our company policy that we require a final invoice in order to remit payment to the shop with our corporate credit card. If we do not receive it, we cannot pay out the claim. We understand your frustration that your dealership is not delivering in a timely manner, but we cannot take responsibility for their oversight. Once we receive that final invoice from them, we can go ahead and pay out the claim. Regarding the claim on your Porsche 911 convertible, we did indeed authorize the claim for the repair and replacement of the hydraulic pump. The amount we authorized is for the market price of the OEM part, plus the labor hours quoted by the shop, at the rate quoted by Mitchell’s Labor Guide. The issue arising here is that your shop is charging about 10x markup on parts compared to the national market rate. As we have explained to both you and your mechanic, we are more than happy to ship out the OEM part for the hydraulic pump directly to your shop, in order to circumvent their price gouging. The rest of the claim is for items like the clips and fasteners of the convertible top, which are considered a cosmetic issue, and therefore are not a covered item under any vehicle service plan. Furthermore, it is very disturbing to hear your accusations that we are a “sham” company, considering we have paid out several claims for you in the past 10 months that you have been a customer with us, including for your maintenance vouchers and rim and tire coverage. Up until this point we have paid out all your claims, as the reputable company we are. There is no reason for you to term us a “sham” as we have over 20 years’ experience in the automotive industry and have tens of thousands of satisfied customers, of which you were one up until these recent issues outlined above. The fact that we have not received a final invoice for your Mercedes-Benz repair, and therefore cannot pay out the claim until we receive it from your MB dealership, does not make us a “sham.” It means we are a legitimate company that needs a final invoice to remit payment. Furthermore, the fact that we are trying to ship out an OEM part to circumvent the obvious price-gouging of your Porsche dealership, does not mean we are a “sham,” but rather that we are going the extra mile to get your vehicle fixed and back on the road. Lastly, no “sham” company would have paid out your multiple claims over the past 10 months for your routine maintenance as well as your rim and tire coverage.
