I purchased a policy from Champion back in December, and I'm so glad I did. My car started having issues, so I brought it into the shop. Turned out it had a faulty engine mount that needed replacement. The shop spoke with Jack Taylor at Champion, who authorized the claim the same day. They saved me the considerable expense of the engine mount replacement and were very helpful and professional. I'm very impressed by the service I received, and would definitely recommend Champion.

The sales people at Champion are beyond understanding and helpful. I purchased a plan from the on June 26 2023. A month later, I had an urgent family matter come up and was strapped for cash. I called and spoke with Jack Taylor. I explained the situation and Jack was super sympathetic and immediately gave me a full refund back to my card.once I get back on my feet financially I'll definitely be giving then a call to purchase my policy.

I'm not one for writing reviews, but I was intrigued to leave one. My shop received a Champion customer with a Mercedes-Benz C300, which had a rear control arm issue. Claim process was quick, and received payment same day! Hey Champion, send more customers my way..

A week ago, my Honda Accord had a blower motor failure. Champion Car Warranty allowed me to pick my own repair shop, so I took the car to my go to mechanic. The Repair was approved same day, and my mechanic had the car ready in 2 days. I was happy to learn that I saved myself almost $1000.00 on the repair cost. They also gave me a maintenance voucher, which I plan to use to change the oil on my car. I am happy with my investment.

He wasn't pushy when I told him I needed to think about it as it was a big expense. I feel confident that my car is in good hands. I would definitely recommend to my family and friends.

Champion Car Warranty is out to make a mark in the car warranty industry. I had shopped around extensively for months and came across them while reading customer experiences or reviews. The custodian at Champion were able to find a perfect plan and added additional protection such as wheel coverage to my plan at no additional cost. They suggested that I take my vehicle to have it service for not only oil change but also flush the coolant and transmission. I was only able to get 2 service maintenances completed but Champion had send me a check of a $100 to offset the cost which speaks volume. The phone custodian are courteous, grounded, and I am very please with the service thus far.
