I purchased a contract with Champion on my 2016 Tesla Model X a couple of months back. Recently, I started noticing it'd pull to the left when rounding corners. I bought it to a mechanic and was told the suspension was failing. I talked to customer service at Champion, who got in touch with the mechanic. They approved the total suspension replacement and paid the mechanic as soon as the repair was done. So grateful for their prompt responsiveness and for saving me a huge chunk of change on the repair!

The engine on my Mercedes c class failed abruptly at about 70k miles. I almost got rear ended! I had it towed to the shop and turned out it was a piston crack and the entire engine needed to be replaced. Luckily I had purchased a Champion warranty in January, so I had the shop get in touch with them. Jack Taylor shipped them out a replacement engine and paid them for the full amount of the repair. He even reimbursed me for the tow bill. Paid out the claim promptly and customer service from these guys is on point! Would definitely recommend.

Great company. I bought a policy with them last year and based on my recent experience with their service I'm glad I did. My 7 series started having issues with the steering last week, so I took it in for service at my local BMW dealership. They told me the power steering hose had failed and needed to be replaced. I gave them Champion's contact info, they reached out to them and Champion authorized the full cost of repair, including the original manufacturer's replacement part. My car was back on the road in no time. I'm very grateful to Champion for their prompt responses as well as sparing me the considerable expense of the repair. I would definitely recommend them to every car owner out there.

So happy I went with these guys for my warranty on my Ram truck. Troy signed me up back in November and worked with me to come up with a monthly payment plan that would fit my budget. Recently, the truck started to grind and shake when shifting gears and making all sorts of bizarre clunking sounds. I freaked out and brought it into my local dealership here in San Diego CA, and gave them champion's number. My truck was back on the road in 2 days once the dealership finally finished the repair which was a transmission replacement. Champion paid the shop directly and I didn't pay anything out of pocket. Very glad I purchased from them, they came thru when I needed them and made the process quick and painless. Great customer service and the plan has already turned out to be a smart investment.

I bought a policy from them 4 months back on my '07 RAV4. The car started constantly having a problem with low brake fluid no matter how many times I topped it up. Finally got around to taking it in for repair, turned out the master brake cylinder needed to be replaced. My shop sent an invoice to Champion, which they paid out the same day. Very professional company and customer service has been nothing but courteous whenever myself or the shop has called. Appreciate all their help and prompt service. These guys get 5 stars from me!

I bought a plan w them back in January for my 2019 Honda Civic. Few months ago I started noticing there was something wrong with the brakes bc I started needing to push harder and harder on the pedal and the car would take longer and longer distance to stop. The problem got worse and worse until finally I couldn't ignore it anymore I took it into the shop. Thankfully I called up Champion and they said I could take it to any licensed mechanic which was super convenient. Michelle in customer service was very helpful and answered all my questions. So I took it to my local mechanic who I've used for years. He told me the car had a bad brake booster and apparently it's a common problem with Hondas from the past few years. He submitted the claim for brake booster replacement to Champion and they quicklyapproved it and paid my mechanic. I got my car back the next day after bringing it in and didn't pay a dime. Thanks to Champion for a fast and easy claims process I'll definitely be recommending them to any friends and family who need a warranty on their car

My Expirience going from mercedes-benz factory warranty to champion car was amaazing and prompt just as i was promised when i bought there extended warranty plan for my SL63. After i signed up with them 4 months later i had my front suspension totally go out i was luck enough to be nere my local merecedes dealer to pull it in to there shop. I then handed over my warranty card from champion to my service advisor . the next morning my service advised me that my claim has been paid fro by my warranty and had i not had my warranty policy the total cost was going to be over $15k dollars. i was fortunate enough to only have to pay a deductible of $100 to the shop after i picked up my car the following day. Champion warranty is a staple company for any aftermarket car warranties. I have been refered to them in 2008 after my brother told me about them. I recommend them over any other company for anyone

I had 2 different extended warranties on my truck in the past from different companies. Had a terrible experience with both, they never kept their promises and their customer service was terrible. This experience left me skeptical of the entire industry, until my cousin mentioned he'd had a great experience with Champion. I called up Champion in December and spoke with Kyle Reed, who was very knowledgeable and hooked me up with a generous discount on their Gold plan. Last month I had to go into the shop to get my A/C repaired as it was blowing hot air. The claims department was very responsive and paid my mechanic in full for the repairs. Im very impressed by this company and would recommend them to anyone needing an extended warranty.
