DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, TOTAL SCAM. Can not get anyone on the phone to file a claim. Emails go unanswered.

Called every number they have they say your number one waiting and then the phone goes dead called three different numbers once you get the warranty it’s impossible to get a hold of them anymore. If they would just give me a refund, I would be done with them can’t get a hold of them anyways I don’t even know if they’re still in business.

This company is the biggest SCAM in the Car industry. I have tried for 2 days along with my car dealer to get in touch with Champion Car Warranty for a claim and there is no contact with anyone! After 30+ phone calls that tell you are #1 in line and then they hang up on you!!! I have been ripped off after paying for a full warranty for a full year!!!!

Same story as others on here. Lied to me about my coverage and kept my money in the form of "cancellation fee". Avoiding all contact with their customers trying to fight back.

SCAM. Bought policy. Filed several claims. Nothing paid. FRAUD. Took my money but don't pay benefits.

I hate to give reviews with a bad rating. Because, businesses like people have bad days. I canceled my subscription with Champion car warranty and have yet to receive my refund. I have made several phone calls and have been placed on hold to only have my call disconnected after having a recorded message tell me I was one or two in the queue. The reason I cancelled my subscription was because my repair was turned down by champion so I had no other choice but to purchase a new car. I was told that all repairs would be covered after I made a full payment. Carefully consider not purchasing this policy and research other product alongside with Champion. Last I think JACK TAYLOR is a fictious name. Buyer beware.

Too bad there’s no zero star rating available! These guys are crooks and frauds! Not responding to calls and emails! Lost thousands of $$$!! Be aware and do NOT buy their worthless warranties! I’m currently suing them!!

I AM IN THE PROCESS OF FILING A LAWSUIT AGAINST THEM AND ALSO GOING TO FILE A SENIOR ABUSE CLAIM OF UNFAIR PRACTICES.I TOO HAVE CALLED MANY MANY TIMES AND WAS PLACED ON HOLD WHICH NO ONE HAS EVER PICKED UP THE PHONE ON ALL LINES THEY HAVE LISTED.
