Ordered 2 openers. First one broke second use. The plastic shaft popped out and disappeared. Went to Lowes, got a 1/4 inch bronze bushing, machine screw, washers and a lock nut to fix it. After this 5 dollar fix it works great.

Your creativity is admirable but just know we would have sent a free replacement hinge button. Thanks for your review.

On their order form they do not have an address box so I had to email them back and tell that they don’t have my complete address. The product eventually arrived and it works great.

Actually our address is in the warranty section on the "Purchase Factory Direct" page . Because of your comment we relocated our mailing address below the paragraph and put it in BOLD type. Hope that helps others like you who found it difficult to find. Your feedback is important to us. Thanks Cleve Crudgington, inventor of The Champagne Opener

we purchased our first champagne opener while on vacation at a winery. Every time we use it, someone comments on how awesome it is. I was delighted to find Champaign Products’ website so I could order several for Christmas gifts. Useful, unique and thoughtful gift! And shipping was prompt

This opener is wonderful! I've used mine many times and am now giving three of them to friends for Christmas. I like that it works on both real and plastic corks, as well as the screw-top bottles too.

I purchased the champagne opener for a friend who visited and loved mine. I know she will be as happy with it as I am with mine.

This was the best investment I ever made. We are getting older but still want our champagne toasts. So how to open the bottle---your trusty apparatus solved our situation! Thanks so much. My husband says it's the greatest gift I ever gave him.
