Ordered 2 openers. First one broke second use. The plastic shaft popped out and disappeared. Went to Lowes, got a 1/4 inch bronze bushing,machine screw,washers and a lock nut to fix it. After this 5 dollar fix it works great.

On their order form they do not have an address box so I had to email them back and tell that they don’t have my complete address. The product eventually arrived and it works great.

Actually our address is in the warranty section on the "Purchase Factory Direct" page . Because of your comment we relocated our mailing address below the paragraph and put it in BOLD type. Was given one of these for Christmas, what a great little gift. First time I use it, broke it. So I buy 6 more, I will give them as gifts! Broke one, broke two, I give up. Great idea, great price, great look, just not sturdy enough.

they didn't work too well .. we had to open 6 cases and it kept slipping off the cork ..... may have been the corks ... I have used one of these before and it worked well, but these didn't work well on this particular cork lb
