ChameleontravelshopReviews of chameleontravelshop.com

I had a lovely experience with Chameleon Travel Shop, which prompted me to leave a positive review. Unfortunately, Trustpilot subsequently removed my review. I contacted Trustpilot to challenge the decision and explain my circumstances, but was informed that its decision was final. I am disappointed that my genuine positive experience can no longer be reflected on the platform. I believe customers should have a fair opportunity to share their genuine experiences.

Chameleon handled our Italy trip this summer and exceeded every expectation. They figured out exactly what we wanted: equal parts history, food, and downtime for the kids. When our flight was delayed and we landed in Rome at 2 a.m., the driver was still there and the hotel check-in was already sorted. When a local guide didn't show up on time, Chameleon jumped in and made it right, even arranging a dinner to make up for it. We will definitely travel with them again.

This company commissioned us to provide a tour for some of their clients and never paid us for the service after numerous reminders. They don't answer us anymore. It is therefore an unreliable company that could defraud customers. Avoid buying from them! You can tell they are a company that scams people just by looking at the story they concocted in their response. We have the ID documents from the customers who actually took the tour, including their check-in signatures; anyone who wants proof can ask us for it, as we cannot publish it here. No one was refunded by them... they simply stole our money.

Quero relatar aqui que eu e minha esposa fizemos uma viagem para a Austrália no final de 2025 pela Chameleon Travel Shop e gostamos muito, desde e escolha dos hotéis até as sugestões de atividades. Serviço nota 10...super indico.

I am a travel agent and Chameleon helped me put together a small group tour to Italy for Thanksgiving. They were amazing! They created the program that mixed the usual tourism highlights but mixed in off the beaten path gems that made my clients happy. These guys know what they are doing. A special shout out to Angelica and Isabel who made everything happen in an easy and seamless manner. I have found my go to company for Europe!

I’ve been working with Chameleon Travel Shop on group trips for over a decade, and they’ve been a fantastic partner throughout. I just returned from New Zealand with a group of 20 guests, and their team was proactive and on top of every detail. We’re already working together on our next group to Europe!

Best experience ever, offered a world class travel experience and my family enjoyed all the tours included in our itinerary. Will make sure to continue supporting cts.

A great travel experience very reliable and honest and made me look like a rock star to my clients.
