I’ve had a Chamberlain Garage Door Opener for about 11 years it works great! Somehow MyQ Garage Door Opener became disconnected from the opener so I had to use the clicker This happened like in December and I’ve been trying to troubleshoot to reconnect for months on my own because I never even thought I’d get any help from Chamberlain after all these years having the opener. Yesterday after troubleshooting again I called the number they offered for Chat or phone and someone answered within 5 minutes. They took their time and walked me through the process of reconnecting my Opener with the MyQ app.. In less than 15 minutes I was all set up. I was so pleasantly surprised I had to write this review. They really are reliable, I needed help and they answered immediately and resolved my issue quickly. I applaud them and highly recommend the company. Thank you!

I had to buy a new LA500 gate opener due to flooding. Bought a new one through Gate Crafters. Louise helped me. She was great, knowledgeable and no BS. I recommend her and Gate Crafters. However I agree with others that the lift master customer service is horrible.
