Bonjour, J'ai reçu la paire de baskets très rapidement pour un colis venant d'aussi loin. J'ai pu bénéficier d'un service client whats'app ultra réactif et très gentil. Les chaussures sont emballés soigneusement et très jolies, confortables ...bref , rien à redire , excépté une forte odeur de pétrole qui se dégage de la chaussure. Avez-vous eu ce désagrément ? Je ne sais pas quoi faire.

I had only good experience with this company. Firstly the customer service which supports you every day to contact in case you have problems or doubts about the arrival of your product. Secondly the products have a good quality. My first shoes I ordered many years back are still OK if you compare them with usual shoes. Concerning the design, it's beautiful and it got better and better throughout the years. Meanwhile the quality and comfort has increased that much, that you almost forgot that you're wearing high shoes, also by many years of perfecting of adaptation of the feet position. I would recommend this company, as for the given price and quality for this kind of shoes, it would be difficult to find something better.

À fuir ! Écoutez les avis négatif !! J’ai commandé une paire de chaussure. Je me suis fié au site quand aux taille ( mesure des pieds au préalable. ) le site m’indique qu’il faut prendre une taille 38. Je m’exécute pour au final me retrouver avec une paire beaucoup trop petite et ILS N’ACCEPTENT PAS LE RETOUR car prix spécial ! Je suis outré !! Délai de livraison extrêmement long service client inexistant. Leur seule solution est que je RACHÈTE une paire mais quoi encore ???
