I just bought my 4th jacket from Chalkline. They are really good quality and are always as advertised. On my most recent purchase I accidently double ordered the same jacket. I reached out and they were really understanding. I was sent a return postage and received a full refund on the purchase price and shipping! Love chalkline products and great customer service.

ChalkLine reached out to me via email about an out of stock item and while I initially added to the confusion by accident, their customer service is top notch; they resolved everything promptly and effectively! They were even able to answer questions for me about upcoming restocks, and without prompting even added me to an email list to know about future updates on the item I inquired about. I feel honoured to shop with them as they clearly pride themselves on stellar service.

I the item I was looking for was out of stock. I used there text notifying option, as soon as the item came in stock o was notified and I was able to purchase. I also had a few questions about discount codes and I got a response within minutes. Great service and great products A+

Absolutely love this brand as both a company and a designer. The quality is second to none and the customer service is unparalleled. Personally, I live in the U.K. and have never had products from overseas arrive within 4 days. Incredible. I can’t recommend this brand enough. My personal favourites of their collections are anything TMNT, Bloodsport or retro WWE. I can’t wait to get my hands on The Crow collection.

I’ve ordered multiple products and different styles from Chalk-Line over the past year. Track suits, Jackets, and shorts. When we I wear my apparel people always stop to compliment and take pictures. Everything I received has been high qual ity and the customer service is top notch. I’ve had exchanges go smoothly with great communication. I’ve recently had a lost package from a carrier and Chalk Line has been very helpful in this process and even allowed to exchange for a different piece. I will continue to support and promote Chalk- Line apparel.

Chalk-line offers great products as advertised and there customer service has been extremely helpful and quick to respond whenever I had a question regarding a certain product or shipping etc.
