Preordered a Danhausen jacket in May, they said on Instagram they were shipping them out in July, was still waiting for it in October so I contacted them and got refunded with no explanation. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Website states all orders will ship in 1-3 days via UPS. I've placed two orders with this joke company so far. First order took 10 days just to ship, and it shipped through DHL not UPS. My second order was a pre-order, placed on June 23, for an item that was to release on August 4th. Today is August 13th and still nothing has been shipped, the order has not been updated. I have no idea how in the year 2025 a company takes 10 days to put a pair of shorts into a box and slap on a sticker. The products are great, but ultimately nobody cares how good the food is when it takes 3 hours to get to your table. No idea how you guys got licensing rights with some of the biggest brands in history, just to charge 60 dollars for a pair of basketball shorts, and take over a week just to ship them out. You guys must be working out of a cave in the middle of nowhere. Ridiculous.

On 12/10/2024 I placed an order for a Jacket that was in stock. I waited 7 days and started to notice that the Item had not been shipped. I contacted support and they and they assured me that item was shipped and would arrive by Christmas. After that email no follow up. I gave it 3 more days, emailed back advising them that no order received after already two weeks. No Response. I emailed once again advising that now after Christmas still shows item was not shipped. They finally advised that they did not know why and that it might have been lossed is now out of stock and I needed to order something else. No After roughly 3 weeks, No Apology, no concession. I will not ever be placing an order or referring this company again.

Horrible email communication. They will lie and say they emailed you but never did. They will refuse to cancel your order even before it ships. They will cancel items in your order and request that if you want them to pay the higher price with $12 shipping. Very horrible experience and communication. AVOID!

I bought a satin jacket on sale as a Christmas present for my nephew but needed to exchange it for a larger size. Instead of sending me the larger size they issued a refund. I went back to the site to order it again but now it’s $40 more! Talk about unethical business practices! I won’t be purchasing from them again. I guarantee they issued the refund knowing the price was increasing.

Ordered an outfit and returned it within the 30-day timeframe. Was informed that they couldn't offer an exchange or a refund but assured me of store credits. However, in recent email correspondence, they offered a discount instead of the initially promised store credits. They have kept BOTH my money and the returned item, so it’s good business for them. They won’t respond to my emails anymore. Very disappointed. Edit due to the answer: You want me to leak the whole email conversation? I ordered AND returned the item in 2020 DURING the 30 day return period. I did everything according to YOUR guidelines and you have since failed to either offer an exchange, refund OR give me store credits (as you originally offered). What I have contacted you recently about is why I’ve never received any of those mentioned options? And you didn’t even bother to answer. So keep going, as I have no problem exposing everything in detail.

In order to get a refund with this company you have to write a review. So i wrote a 5star review just to receive my $95 refund. You also have to screen shot it and send so they can verify. I think its bad for a company to demand a good review inorder to get a price discrepancy refund. I will not order from them again. The jerseys are not true to size. The 4x size is still too small and they said I can't return them because it was the end of year sale.
