I was initially very unsure about how to navigate extended auto warranties because the industry feels confusing and overpriced. Chaiz made the process much more straightforward and transparent than I expected. I was able to compare plans clearly, see real pricing differences, and ended up finding coverage that was significantly cheaper than what I was quoted directly through other companies. The purchasing process itself was easy, and having access to the full contract details helped me feel confident in my decision. Great and Gracious Experience
Erick was extremely patient and gracious in listening to my concerns related to previous experiences in purchasing auto warranties and guiding me in how to evaluate them in regard to my stated needs. He walked me through the pros and cons of the options I selected, and I was thus able to purchase a warranty that fit my budget and met my expressed needs. Upon my selection he was and has been responsive to follow up questions and concerns.

Choosing Chaiz.com over the competitors…
Choosing Chaiz.com over the competitors for me was a no-brainer. They offer unlimited milage and add-ons which include ride-share and for a vehicle that already has over 130k miles, their offer can't and won't be beat and for only $132 monthly! You be the judge. Thanks Chaiz.com

Wonderful experience
Wonderful experience, both with Chaiz and NAAC (my administrator). Love the shopping experience on Chaiz and saved over $500 vs. other offers i got..! I recently had a claim and the provider of my plan (NAAC) was incredibly helpful in getting it approved an processed.

Get the Exclusionary Plan from Chaiz!
I bought an Exclusionary Plan through Chaiz on 26 August 2025 and already have had a reimbursement for an oil change with their Maintenance Plan. I'm very happy I bought it, and feel true peace of mind knowing that whenever most things fail, my Exclusionary Plan won't. Thank you, Chaiz!

POSITIVE! This Company Doesn’t Play Games

Smooth, transparent experience buying coverage for my Sienna
I bought an exclusionary vehicle service contract for my 2014 Toyota Sienna through Chaiz and the process was way easier than I expected. I liked that I could see different coverage levels and prices up front without a phone pitch, and the site clearly showed that I could add Uber/Lyft, luxury electronics, and emissions coverage.
