I loved that I was able to do everything online but still talk to a person, if I wanted to.
I loved that I was able to do everything online. Ask questions, compare pricing, and still had the opportunity to call and speak to someone. I was emailed a copy of my contract and will get a paper copy in the mail. The reason this is only 4 stars instead of 5 is because the deductible that I was responsible out of pocket was not as easy to find as the rest of the information.

I thought I would be looking at rates…
I thought I would be looking at rates comparable to Carfax which was close to $200 per month. This was the easiest and fastest and financially was a win-win. A great experience

I was not aware this was an option…
I was not aware this was an option before I called for an auto insurance quote. When the agent offered it to me and explained how it works, I was shocked because I rather pay a small deductible and small monthly payment then a big repair fee all at once. The agent answered all my questions and now I have peace of mind.
