Hi there, We are sorry for your bad experience on our site. Our Refund policy is designed to protect both the seller and the buyer, so it needs to be fair for both sides. We always issue a refund if the buyer made a mistake when purchasing (and did not download the files) or if there is anything wrong with the model (technical issues, missing or corrupted files, incorrect or confusing description). However, we can't issue refunds if the model is working, matches the description and the user has already downloaded the files, since that would not be fair to the designer (seller).

In your case the found error was not critical and was automatically fixed by the slicer. Our 3D team have also provided revised files specifically for your use. Also, we have offered additional ways to improve your experience with us (one of it was by covering full models prices in Royalty points that can be spent on our site). We understand that this may not be the response you were hoping for, but we assure you that our policy is designed to ensure fairness to both our customers and sellers.

We have reviewed your conversation with our support team member and ​It seems that our support member has tried to help you and has also offered an additional solution to the issue. As mentioned in our support conversation, we use a fraud prevention system that can stop registration from disposable-considered emails (as in your case). Dear Faiz, We are very sorry to hear about the negative experience you have had on our marketplace. Chargebacks are payment reversals that happen when buyers reach out to their bank claiming that the payment was unauthorized. Such instances can not, unfortunately, be prevented by us. We do our best to prevent fraud on CGTrader but some cases slip through the cracks. We have no access to the funds that are reversed - they are taken from our bank account and given back to the buyer. If this happens after we have paid the accumulated royalties to you, we have to subtract the amount from the upcoming payment. Regards, CGTrader team

Hello Joe, We are very sorry to hear about the negative experience you have had in our marketplace. As per our latest conversation - you have been issued a refund after we have conducted a further investigation of your case. However, as noted, this refund was an exception since the model on which you were relying prior to purchasing with us is by the same designer, but from another website for which we are not accountable. Your original refund request did not meet our refund policy criteria because the model works as promised by the images and descriptions that are uploaded on our platform.
