On a scale of 1-10, the support i received would be rated a 2/10. The reasons are as follows - The initial job was quoted for 12 days but went over by more than double that amount which is fine if I receive updates about how its going but I was left in the dark. Secondly when I did follow up it took about a week to get a response. Thirdly when I asked for a courtesy discount I was immediately refused even though it had a follow on effect from the delay of service to my own  business which has suffered from it. As you can see, there is little or no 'support' for customers using this service. The only reason I gave a 2/10 is the agents are friendly and polite. Overall i dont think ill be using this service in the future.

Ich war lange Zeit aktiver Nutzer bei CGTrader und habe regelmäßig Modelle über die Plattform verkauft. Leider hat sich in letzter Zeit einiges deutlich verschlechtert. Das neue Auszahlungssystem (Hyperwallet) ist unnötig kompliziert – insbesondere, da PayPal nicht mehr direkt angeboten wird. Die Verifizierung wirkt undurchsichtig, Auszahlungen werden verzögert, und das Vertrauen leidet. Besonders kritisch: Zahlungen werden für eine gewisse Zeit zurückgehalten, falls ein Kunde unzufrieden ist – dadurch wird es Betrügern leicht gemacht, ein Modell zu kaufen, herunterzuladen, zu nutzen und dann eine Rückerstattung zu fordern. Als Künstler bleibt man auf der Strecke, während das Modell bereits in Umlauf ist. Zudem wird auf Anfragen nicht oder nur automatisiert reagiert, selbst bei einer ordentlichen Kündigung oder einem DSGVO-Datenlöschantrag – keine Spur von Kundenservice oder Bedauern. Ich habe mich daher entschieden, meine Mitgliedschaft zu beenden. Schade – es war mal eine gute Plattform für 3D-Künstler, aber inzwischen steht Bürokratie vor Benutzerfreundlichkeit und der Schutz der Urheber bleibt auf der Strecke.

By my watch 13 hours left. of 24 given hours until my money is stopped and account restricted if I don't hand over my payment details to cgtrader, they sneakily put in my account and ownership a big name brand, worth according to Google 13 billion, another bot says 60 to 80 billion. It's in my ownership being sold to global manufacturers the rights to produce and sell as genuine. I didn't put it there. I only spotted it by chance. A hour ago I got email saying 24 hours or else basicly. Please please can anyone help me? The site has ten million accounts. Feeds global manufacturers. I got a his name Julius says he's been at this since 2023, can see when we are logged in looking. Able to by pass passwords. Changes legal Comercial use ownerships to something else on the fly. In victims name selling under there name to global manufacturers. The elderly are owners to. The money flow is obviously not correct it can't be. Now I'm under threat to take payments which means hand over payment information now at point of threat.

Made an account but can't log in.Complete waste of time. Verification email takes me back to the main page and doesn't work as intended. The site is broken.

In your response, you say you are ready to help, but in fact, you cannot help with anything. Your support team suggests not withdrawing the money and waiting, hoping that something might change. Great help, thanks.

Nice models BUT login to download is never working on my Windows 11 PC using neither Firefox, Edge or Opera browser neither in normal nor incognito mode. After typing in mail and password there appears a short red banner, the text "signed in" appears , all this stuff disappears all within a second - and I'm not signed in and cannot download. Following all the "disable adblockers, delete cookies" stuff but did not work neither. I always have to forward the download link to my Android phone, opening it in the Samsung browser where the login is working nicely, waiting 20 seconds, download and forward to my PC.

Be careful of their refund policy. The main page mentions you just need to request a refund and destroy the goods, then buried under a different tab hidden from view and only seen if dug deeper you'll find they have a different policy. Rotten Leechs
