Lots of small technical issues but support is absolutely superb. fast professional and efficient.

Many models have broken format conversions. However, support has always fixed the problem within a few days.

CGTrader is not perfect. But pretty dang close. As an artist and seller on CGTrader. I love their analytics, you can't get anything close to it on other markets. Their uploading system is smooth with very little hiccups. They are extremely helpful and caring in their support. I would give CGTrader a 5/5. But I don't want it getting to their head that it can't get any better. Cause it totally could.

It was good experience with me. I was saw so many 3d artists has created wonderful models. That's why i was also asking some friends they will tell that.Regarding this website.It was good like that they said. Now i was also created 3d models and sold into this website.

Customer support is great. Producer support is even greater. I work with this service since 2015, few minor issues since then. But in general it much more user friendly than TS or any other stock market

I sell on CG Trader and have had a positive experience. I get notified if I have a message or if a model sells and the money goes into my paypal account without issue.

CGTrader has great models. Somehow they've managed to attract a high quality group of 3-D artists for their platform. That's the ONLY good thing about CGTrader though. Because of their poor purchase review system, it can sometimes take over a day for me to get the digital files I purchased. This is especially bad over weekends and holidays. I buy models to save time on work I'm creating for clients, and when it takes days to get my files, that time is wasted. I can get models instantly on Turbosquid. CGTrader only allows for positive/negative feedback on models. They don't have a star rating system, and they don't show your feedback by default. You have to post it twice, once when you review and once as a comment, which doesn't show you actually purchased the product. So it's really a hassle to leave a good review for a product. These reviews are important for the 3D designer's sales, and they help prevent bad models being sold over and over again as well. The customer service from CGTrader is poor. They rarely have anything helpful to say, and it takes quite a long time to hear back from anyone. EDIT: I changed this from a 2-star to a 3-star review, because I just had a model instantly approved! A great stride, but there's still a long ways to go in terms of customer service. Keep it up, and I'll be happy to recommend CGTrader in the future. EDIT: That was just a fluke. I spent another long day waiting for a purchase to be reviewed. EDIT 08/23/2018: No longer a fluke! CGTrader now has my models available instantly after every purchase! Huge upgrade. I can now stop using TurboSquid when I need a quick turnaround. They've also made some nice updates to the way the site and purchasing works. If the customer service improves, I'd make this a 5-star review.
