Hi there, ​ Apologies for the inconvenience this has caused. As in our sent response to you, our 3D team has reviewed the model and confirmed that parts are separated for different color printing (there are model files with and without separation of parts therefore buyer can use any file they wish). ​ Our refund policy is designed to protect both the seller and the buyer, so it needs to be fair for both sides. We always issue a refund if the buyer did a mistake when buying (and did not download the files) or if there is anything wrong with the model (technical issues, missing or corrupted files, etc.), but we can't issue refunds if the model is working, matches the description and user has already downloaded the file. ​ We are sorry for your experience and offered credits in our marketplace also we have suggested contacting the model seller since they have the ability to issue a refund for any reason if they wish. ​ Regards, CGTrader team.

Hello Simon, We are very sorry to hear you were disappointed with our services. Please be advised that we were not able to process a refund because your request did not meet our refund policy criteria. As per our policy, one can be refunded if crucial model parts, details, textures, or files are missing (not applicable when issues are caused by exchange format limitations) As advised by the support team, the native model file worked as expected and we have assisted you by baking the textures into the other file that had exchange format limitations. While we cannot refund the money to you, we could partly compensate and improve your experience with us by adding the Loyalty credits of your purchase value to your account. Please just reply to the conversation you had with our support member and the credits will be added to your account.

In regards to the refund - please be advised that our refund policy is designed to protect both the seller and the buyer, thus it needs to be fair for both sides. We always issue a refund if the buyer did a mistake when buying and did not download the files or if there is anything wrong with the model (technical issues, missing or corrupted files, incorrect or confusing description, etc.). In your case the refund was not possible as the model works as expected/promised.

Hello there Please be advised that we only suspend user accounts if they breach our Terms and conditions. The account might get suspended for selling stolen content, fraudulent activity, inappropriate behavior, etc. If you believe that the suspension of your account was unfair and you did not breach our Terms and conditions, please contact our Support team and we will be happy to review our decision.

In your case, a refund was not possible for both models, because they do work as expected and they do correspond to both preview images and the description.
